| Description of Experience (for Students) | This course helps new residential students at FSU build connections, develop essential life and academic skills, and navigate their transition to college with confidence. Through interactive discussions and activities, students will set personal wellness goals, enhance study habits, and explore their role in the FSU community. By the end of the course, students will have a stronger sense of belonging, strategies for academic and career success, and tools to maintain their well-being throughout college.
